What Does Our Lifetime Warranty Cover?
All our products supplied are provided with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty guarantees that the supplied product will be free of all defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Plate Devils Limited will repair or replace, free of charge number Plate proving defective in material or workmanship. All faulty products covered as standard by the Plate Devils lifetime warranty must be returned to the Plate Devils facility before a replacement or repair can take place.
Included but not limited to, are the limitations of our lifetime warranty:
- Where a plate devils’ product has been secured to a vehicle using third party fixings including screw fixings or any other than supplied by Plate Devils Limited.
- Where a Plate Devils Limited product is damaged due to the owner’s vehicle being in an accident causing the damage to our product.
- Where the Plate Devils Limited product has been attached to any vehicle other than the vehicle they were manufactured for at the point of sale. This will be indicated on the warranty certificate provided.
- Where the Plate Devils Limited product has been fitted to a vehicle without following the proper instructions and fitting kit provided with each product.
- Using the product for any other purpose other than intended use I.E. as a registration plate.
- Where any fault is not reported to Plate Devils within 2 calendar weeks of all faults occurring. All faults need to be reported to 01908 270771 or to faults@platedevils.co.uk.
